- Factory offers active participation in the cheese making process to all interested people. It also receives orders for the organaizing the cultural events. It has the many years of experience in tourists service that foresee the cheese degustation and taking the active part in the cheese making process. The factory staff regularly attends the trainings organaized by the state , NGO or Internation orgnaizations. This activity helps its staff to raise the qualification in the direction of safety regulation, cheese making process and its packaging. Factory management constantly supportrs and encourages the factory staff and helps them to raise the motivation with different kind of activities
- Factory „“Tsivis Kveli“ “ offers only natural dairy products. The inner standard is elaborated for the factory and is consatntly checked by the National Food Agency of Georgia. The factory is under the widely recognized HACCP standard, that foresees the Hazard analysis and critical control pointsis, that is a systematic preventive approach to food safety from biological, chemical, and physical hazards in production processes that can cause the finished product to be unsafe and designs measures to reduce these risks to a safe level.All the abovementioned factors will serve the customers to rely our products and feel the safe at the same time.The factory is granted with the Georgian Quality Mark which is already reflected on the label of the product. This means that Georgian ministry of Agriculture also relays us. The factory is the only one dairy manufature in Georgia that is granted with the Georgian Quality Mark.

In the case of force majeure (landslides, avalanches, floods, etc.), we act in accordance with the safety standards that will be dictated by authorized state institutions. Also, we have the right to make changes to the tour. If these changes are unacceptable for you, you will receive 80% of the amount paid.
Cancellation
a) In case of notification of cancellation of the reservation at least 7 days prior to the beginning of the tour, only 80% of the canceled tour price will be returned to the tourist.
b) In case of notification of cancellation of the reservation at least 4 days before the start of the tour, only 50% of the cost of the canceled tour will be returned to the tourist.
c) In case of notification of cancellation of the reservation at least 2 days before the start of the tour, only 20% of the cost of the canceled tour will be returned to the tourist.
d) In case of notification of cancellation of the reservation 48 hours prior to the beginning of the tour, the cost of the tour will not be refunded to the tourist.
